Dosing sluice and Micro dispensers
Micro dispensers are suitable for the dosing of powders and various granulates. They are entirely made from stainless steel 304. The micro dispensers can possibly be adapted for use in the foodstuffs industry. Micro dispensers can be supplied in various sizes and implementations. Thus, for every application there is a suitable micro dispenser available. As regards the drive too, there are various possibilities, adapted to your specific wishes or requirements.
Within the housing, there is an agitation screw which distributes the input product, with the result that a good dosing becomes possible. Bridging too is prevented by this. The screw can be supplied in two different implementations. The product is ultimately conveyed outside again by the dosing screw. Depending on the product and the desired capacity, various applications can be supplied for this.
Dosing sluices are ideal for the dosing of the product stream during the loading of cyclones, bunkers and big bag sacks, among other things. Depending on the desired capacity and the product that is to be dosed, the dosing sluices vary in dimensions. The type of drive too can be adapted.
Rotor speeds
The standard rotor speeds are 10, 20 or 30 revolutions per minute. The capacity can hereby amount to as much as approximately 585 litres per minute (± 35 m³/hour). If so desired, during the production of the dosing sluice account can be taken of the product characteristics, such as, for example: abrasiveness, susceptibility to corrosion and temperature.
