A look at our already completed projects. We are happy to tell you more about each project and also show pictures to give you an idea. For example, you can see what work we do, what products we have brought to market and what locations we work in.

Softening system overhauled with Yourtech

Softening system for drinking water overhauled with partner Yourtech. Right in the middle of the beautiful dune area. Despite some challenges during the work, such as bad weather, we completed the project successfully. This part of the softening system can now go on for another 10 years!

AZC 60 30 with attachment filter in ATEX design

Another custom project from Boersema PC. This custom loading bellows is used for bulk truck loading where there is no room to place a standard loading bellows type ZAZ-60-30.

Cement screws overhaul

During the construction vacations we were commissioned to overhaul all cement screws within 3 weeks. Thanks to the good cooperation with the company Koninklijke Saan and the company Yourtech, this has led to a good result.

Loading bellows for Lassie Netherlands

Boersema has delivered and assembled a stainless steel loading bellows. This loading bellows is used for dust-free loading of bulk trucks with the residual product: the husks of the rice.

Replacing loading bellows for SNB

We received a new order from the company SNB, Slibverwerking Noord-Brabant. We were asked to replace an old acquaintance, the loading bellows of Boersema BV from the 1990s.

Overhaul loading bellows

Boersema overhauls dozens of loading bellows. It concerns loading bellows that have been in use for an average of 25 years. Despite their age it is still worthwhile to overhaul them.

Revision of exit screws

Boersema carried out the overhaul of pull-out screws at a drinking water supply company for the purpose of removing the filter sand from the filters.

Silo panels

The functionalities of the silo are similar to those of welded silos and Boersema can provide each panel silo with the desired accessories such as aeration cushions, silo overfill protection, dedusting filters etc.

Loading bellows spreader

When the loading bellows are raised, the spreader disc is pulled against the rubberized lower head of the loading bellows. In the process, the spreader disc seals the lower head in such a way that no product can spill.

Delivery silo with transport screw (18 meters)

For roof tile factory Laumans in Germany, Boersema delivered a silo with transport screw in June, fully on schedule.

Dust filters supplied

22 pieces delivered in the South of the country for on the silos.

Transfer / Loading Station

We delivered a transfer/charging station on site.

Jumbo Loader

Boersema delivered a unique bulk truck loading system: The Jumbo Loader, type JBL-500-FC. This Jumbo Loader is one of the largest mobile loading installations of its kind in Europe.
